Job title: Sr Personal Banker
About the Role This is an office-based Personal/Universal Banker role focused on delivering an exceptional client service experience while servicing clients with a full range of banking products and services. The position emphasizes cross-selling, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with Wealth Management teams to support sophisticated clients. You will mentor fellow Bankers and help evolve processes within the Wealth Management team.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional client service while servicing clients with a full range of banking products and services.
- Establish and/or submit requests for opening, maintaining and servicing client accounts, execute money movement, prepare and produce client materials and reports, resolve client inquiries, and maintain complete and accurate records.
- Cross-sell and identify client needs to maintain and grow assigned relationships.
- Proactively communicate with relationship management and operations teams to obtain information to properly execute requested activities.
- Handle cash transactions, daily balancing, and adhere to Wealth Management Lobby Banking Operations policies.
- Assist with maintenance and servicing of Safe Deposit Boxes where available.
- Demonstrate expertise in setting up client accounts and services; review documentation for completeness and avoid deficiencies.
- Maintain knowledge of applications and online tools; stay updated on product/service enhancements to service clients.
- Mentor fellow Personal Bankers and share deposit-area expertise; support training as designated.
- Cross-train on the Northern Trust teller system and support banking audits as directed by leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of banking operations, products and services.
- Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to think critically and work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $55,800 - $89,400 USD per year
