About this position
What you’ll do
-
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execute new adhesive technology/product development projects especially in battery applications.

Work closely with global and regional customers and supplier partners to find new collaboration opportunities and troubleshoot problems.

Lead innovation projects independently with ownership.

Strengthen Henkel’s IP through patent development in area of competence.
-
Contribute to new technology, digitalization, automation, sustainability and diversity.
-
Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE and 5S standards, policies and procedures and manage the daily lab SHE work.

Support operation on product scale-up, process optimization and quality.

What makes you a good fit
-
PhD degree in physical chemistry, electrochemistry, polymer chemistry, material science.
-
Strong communication skills.
-
3+ yrs experience in battery material or coating process is preferred.

Fluence in English.
