About the Role The Senior Operations Manager will work with the Venue Management team in Boston, Massachusetts to oversee facility operations, partner with market leadership, and ensure successful events while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff, artists, and guests. This exempt role reports to the General Manager.
What You'll Do
- Exercise overall responsibility for facility operations in the Boston market.
- Partner with the venue leadership team to ensure successful event execution and a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff, artists, and guests.
- Lead recruitment, training, development and management of Team Members, including interviewing Manager and Supervisor candidates and hiring hourly non-exempt staff.
- Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide information for Manager appraisals.
- Report to the General Manager.
