About the Role Senior Observability Engineer with expertise in Splunk, AppDynamics, and OpenTelemetry to join the Enterprise Observability Engineering team. Responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining observability tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability of IT systems. What You'll Do
- Administer, configure, and maintain observability tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, OpenTelemetry) to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Observability Engineering team to implement and manage observability solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and support platform reliability, upgrades, patching, and security hardening. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5–7 years in Observability/Monitoring/SRE with focus on Splunk, AppDynamics, and OpenTelemetry.
- Proven experience implementing, managing, and maintaining observability tools.
- Strong technical skills in Splunk, AppDynamics, AWS (EKS, ECS, Lambda, SNS/SQS, S3, CloudWatch), DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines), MELT (metrics, events, logs, traces), and OpenTelemetry instrumentation.
