About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Network Engineer with 8-10 years of experience to install, configure, and troubleshoot complex networking environments including Meraki, Cisco, Fortigate, and cloud networking on AWS/Azure. The role requires hands-on expertise, 24/7 support readiness, and strong incident management and security practices.

What You'll Do

• Install, configure and troubleshoot network products such as Meraki security appliances, Cisco routers and switches, Cisco ISE, and cloud networking on AWS/Azure
• Manage technical issues in front of customers and across multiple sites, providing technical solutions and action plans
• Actively participate in Major Incidents and ensure SLA adherence for incidents, problems and changes
• Provide crisis management, RCA, corrective actions, and 24/7 support readiness
• Perform IOS upgrades and hotfixes; implement security hardening and best practices
• Plan major changes end-to-end and own tasks till closure
• Monitor and manage logs from Cisco and Meraki devices; capacity planning and recommendations
• Develop Service Improvement Plans and document setup/operational procedures
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and coordinate with stakeholders/vendors
• Ensure quality and security standards; perform trend analyses to minimize incidents
• Utilize SSH, troubleshoot issues, and communicate network security incidents
• Certifications like CCNA/CCNP are recommended

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with network products: Routing & Switching, Cisco Meraki (security appliances, switches, wireless), Cisco routers & switches, Fortigate Firewall, Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime, PRTG
• Strong experience with BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VPC, VDC, VRF, VRRF, HSRP, VLAN, STP
• Level-3 support and troubleshooting within SLA
• Basic WAN tech: IPsec, Meraki VPN, Zone-based Firewalls
• Basic cloud knowledge: AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle
• Experience working with third-party vendors, ISPs, IP address management
• Deep understanding of packet flow and TCP session establishment; network security practices
• Knowledge of security technologies: VPNs (Remote Access, Site-to-Site, Intranet/Extranet), IPSec, L2TP, PPTP, SSL/TLS, OpenVPN
• Patch management and security hardening; ability to work independently in a 24/7 environment
• Develop and maintain Visio diagrams and documentation; rapid incident communication

Nice to Have

• CCNA, CCNP certifications recommended
