Sr. Molding Technician (2nd Shift)
Job Description: The Sr. Molding Technician supports the production needs of the operation by setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting machines with assistance and/or direction from management or qualified associates.
2nd Shift: Monday to Friday from 3:00pm-11:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set-up, operate, and maintain equipment as needed to support operations
- Make professional and lasting modifications and repairs to existing equipment with direction from management or qualified associates
- Responsible for cosmetic criteria as specified and communicating criteria to employees
- Relay pertinent product and quality related information to Operators, Inspectors, Supervisors, and peers, in both written and verbal forms
- Documentation of production, maintenance, and QC audits performed
