About the job
- Continuous yield improvement (Target: scrap rate reduction 15% year to year)
- PCN, PFMEA, SOP, BOM/RT, Datasheet, Drawing document creation, updated, training to people & down to floor implementation
- Other material cost reduction project (> 5 projects per year)
- Quality risk mitigation & customer complaints reduction by process capability improvement
- New product development support from P1, deep dive process Cpk & yield in full stage
- EHS risk identification & mitigation from product material and process design, be responsible for self safety & process safety
- Tier 2 meeting, process audit & daily Gemba walk
- Training for operators and technicians
- Customized parts release and engineering sample management
- Other duties as assigned
