Our client, an early-stage HealthTech startup, is hiring a Senior or Mid-Level Integrations Engineer to join their team remotely. The successful candidate will join a small, high-performing engineering team, taking ownership of features from concept through to deployment, as well as collaborate closely with customers and build production-ready AI applications that address real-world clinical and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AI-powered product features using modern web technologies.

• Build intelligent applications and AI assistants powered by large language models (LLMs).

• Create scalable full-stack solutions using TypeScript, React and SQL.

• Partner with clinicians and healthcare professionals to understand user needs and translate them into impactful solutions.

• Take ownership of features throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment.

• Continuously enhance application performance, reliability and user experience.

• Contribute to engineering architecture, development standards and tooling improvements.

• Help promote a collaborative engineering culture within a fast-growing startup.

• Work closely with product and leadership teams to deliver high-quality solutions at pace.

• Build secure, scalable and reliable software supporting critical healthcare operations.

• Skillset

• At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and React.

• Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases and data modelling principles.

• Experience developing AI-powered applications using large language models (LLMs).

• Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI integrations.

• Good knowledge of cloud platforms, distributed systems and modern application architecture.

• Experience delivering production-ready software in fast-paced environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset.

Benefits

• Salary: 150k – 180k.
