General Counsel Tech and Innovations (GCO Tech):
General Counsel Tech and Innovations (GCO Tech) has an opening for a Product Manager role focused on Workflow Automation and Platform Strategy. This role will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery execution for the Tonkean workflow automation platform while partnering closely with Engineering, Legal business partners, and external professional services resources to deliver scalable workflow solutions across the General Counsel Organization
Responsibilities
Organizational Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead product discovery sessions, design workshops, backlog refinement, roadmap planning, solution demonstrations, and executive stakeholder discussions to align business objectives with product strategy.

Analyze user needs, identify common business patterns, and translate insights into reusable workflow capabilities and scalable product features that drive business value.

Partner with third-party implementation partners and professional services organizations to oversee workflow solution delivery, platform configuration, release execution, and successful customer outcomes.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, design, and implementation teams to ensure alignment on priorities, delivery milestones, and strategic objectives.
