Sr Medical Infocomm Rep - Medical Aesth

A senior Medical Infocomm Representative for Medical Aesthetics is based in Wuhan, Hubei, working remotely for Allergan Aesthetics under AbbVie. The role focuses on executing established plans, achieving performance targets, and managing budgets within designated healthcare facilities to share product information, conduct academic communications, gather client feedback, and support project execution. The position emphasizes identifying client opportunities, assessing and addressing customer needs, and providing professional support and training. It also involves building and maintaining a robust network of target customers, coordinating with regional managers and cross-functional teams to implement various projects, tailoring approaches to the characteristics of each institution or hospital to optimize outcomes, and conducting business activities in a compliant and ethical manner. Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Execute the company’s approved work plans, performance targets, and budgets in the designated region, delivering product information, academic discussions, customer needs feedback, and project execution to medical institutions.
• Identify opportunities, understand and analyze customer needs, and provide professional support and training as needed.
• Establish, expand, and maintain a solid network of target customers.
• Assist regional managers and cross-functional teams such as the marketing department to implement company projects; customize the approach for each institution or hospital to maximize effectiveness.
• Conduct business activities in accordance with applicable codes of conduct and legal/ethical standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors; experience in a foreign-owned company is preferred.
• Strong client management skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Good learning and data analysis capabilities.
• Willingness to take on challenges and demonstrated resilience under pressure.
• Prior experience in the medical aesthetics product industry is preferred.
