Job title: Sr Medical Advisor/ Mgr/Sr Mgr
About the Role Role: Senior Medical Advisor / Manager / Senior Manager based in KunTuo, Beijing with hybrid work arrangement. You will support clinical development programs through medical writing, review, training, investigator engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with BD and other teams.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and organize clinical study protocol briefings and liaise with principal investigators and treatment-area experts on protocol matters.
- Carry out medical writing for clinical research projects (protocols, CSR) per SOPs and client requirements.
- Conduct medical reviews of documents (protocols, informed consent forms, investigator brochures, CRFs, SAP, CSR) and medical coding for adverse events.
- Develop medical monitoring plans per SOP/project needs; monitor SAE and protocol deviations to ensure quality and safety.
- Provide clinical operations support (site feasibility, PI selection, initial medical discussions with PIs).
- Create medical training materials and deliver training to project teams, sharing therapy area knowledge and protocol specifics.
- Attend investigator meetings and present medical content when required.
- Participate in project kickoff, study team, and client meetings as needed.
- Provide medical input to BD for new proposals; meet with clients to discuss medical issues as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key therapy-area experts; regularly visit them to update medical progress and maintain collaboration.
- Draft SOPs for the department; collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Travel as necessary to fulfill project needs.
- Complete tasks efficiently as assigned by line manager.
What We're Looking For
- Rich clinical trial knowledge and familiarity with regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH-GCP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including English.
- Strong presentation and training capabilities.
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers and clients.
- Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine or related field; or Master’s degree in medical/pharma-related field; or PhD.
- Bachelor’s with 3+ years’ medical advisor or hospital clinical/clinical research experience; Master’s with 2+ years; PhD with 1+ year.
- Equivalent education, training and experience will be considered.
