About the Role The Senior Manager, Quality Management System (QMS) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and leading Lucid’s enterprise-level Quality Management System in alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, internal standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role drives cross-functional governance, compliance, continuous improvement, and systemic quality excellence across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Quality, and Customer Experience. - Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- Required: 12+ years of progressive experience in Quality Management Systems, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or Regulatory Compliance
- Required: 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Required: Hands-on experience leading an IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System
- Required: Deep expertise in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PFMEA/DFMEA, Control Plans, CAPA, and risk management
- Required: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related discipline
- ASQ CQE, CMQ/OE, or related certifications
- Experience leading enterprise QMS transformation or digital quality initiatives
