About the Role Sr Manager, Product Management within our Staff Operations organization leads the strategic vision for one core enterprise function—HR, Finance, or Risk Management. You champion a portfolio of tools to build intuitive, scalable products powering that domain, balancing roadmaps, guiding complex processes, and keeping operations running efficiently. - Lead strategic vision for a core enterprise function within Staff Operations (HR, Finance, or Risk Management).
- Champion a portfolio of tools to build intuitive, scalable products for the domain.
- Balance product roadmaps, guide complex processes, and maintain efficient operations.
- Foster a strong product culture and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate proficiency in five foundations of Product Management: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership. What We're Looking For
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or Bachelor's with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
- Quantitative fields include Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related fields; or Business/Marketing.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

- Salary ranges by location: McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100; Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300; New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900.
- Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
