The Senior Manager, Process Development will oversee assembly process development and transfer to manufacturing of Nokia's optoelectronic products. He or she will lead a diverse group of strong engineering individual contributors versed in mechanical engineering and material science. The person should have hands-on experience with optoelectronic or microelectronic assembly process development as well as automated equipment, including but not limited to, optical device alignment, flip chip assembly, pick and place machines, wire bond, ribbon bond, and flexible circuit attach. The person should be detail orientated, understand Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), innovative data reduction, and statistical analysis.
