About the Role
As a Sr. Manager, Planning Analytics COE, you'll be part of our Supply Chain Analytics team and work as a hybrid employee to advance planning analytics capabilities. You'll help drive strategic and transformational initiatives by extending the team's analytical capabilities, oversee cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, and translate business requirements into analytics solutions aligned with company strategy.
What You'll Do
- Support Supply Chain strategic and transformational initiatives by extending the team's analytical capabilities.
- Oversee multiple cross-functional, high-visibility projects with many stakeholders and minimal oversight.
- Participate in business requirements sessions, proactively anticipating stakeholder needs and aligning analytics solutions with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach team members to grow analytics capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building and leading planning analytics capabilities within a supply chain or analytics organization.
- Proven ability to oversee cross-functional, high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong business requirements gathering skills and the ability to translate needs into analytics solutions aligned with strategy.
- Mentoring and coaching capabilities; ability to develop others.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams.
