About the Role The Sr. Manager Operations is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the manufacturing plant, driving safety, quality, cost, delivery, people management, and engagement. This role leads and develops the Operations organization through inclusive, people‑focused leadership, building a high‑performing management team aligned with AGCO’s strategy and values. It oversees end‑to‑end manufacturing in a complex fabrication and assembly environment, ensuring full compliance with HSE and quality standards while implementing a robust continuous improvement strategy. It acts as a key interface with internal stakeholders and carries budget accountability for the role’s cost center. What You'll Do
