About this role
Role Overview
Support Microsoft’s Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization by managing programs that enable the hardware infrastructure behind Azure and AI services. The role focuses on silicon supply chain strategy, New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing readiness, and supplier execution to ensure scalable delivery of cloud hardware worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead silicon NPI programs from development through manufacturing, manage timelines, risks, and dependencies, and develop supply chain strategies covering capacity planning, investments, materials, and production readiness. Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, suppliers, and operations teams to resolve challenges, improve processes, and ensure successful product launches. Build reporting and analytics to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities across the supply chain.
Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in project management, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related fields. Preferred experience includes semiconductor manufacturing, silicon development, supplier management, technical program management, and NPI execution.
