Job title: Sr. Manager – FP&A
About the Role Strategic FP&A leader driving enterprise planning, analytics, and GCC capability growth while building strong relationships and influencing global stakeholders to deliver insight-driven business outcomes. The Sr. Manager – FP&A will lead Financial Planning & Analysis within Medline's Pune Global Capability Center, partnering with global (US and international) stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide planning, performance management, analytics, and reporting excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic planning, AOP, and rolling forecasts aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Provide forward-looking insights, scenario analysis, and risk assessment to support business decisions.
- Own enterprise monthly management reporting and variance analysis with meaningful business insights.
- Track KPIs and financial trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders, supporting key initiatives and informed trade-offs through data-driven insights.
- Lead FP&A delivery from the Pune GCC and position the team as a high-value global finance partner.
- Transition and expand scope of global FP&A work through standardization and best practices.
- Strengthen financial modeling, analytics, automation, and FP&A tools to improve efficiency and insight quality.
- Drive continuous improvement and strong data governance.
- Lead, coach, and develop FP&A managers and analysts; build capabilities, talent pipeline and high-performance culture.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and adherence to internal controls and ethical standards.

- 15+ years of experience in FP&A / business partnering roles in US or Indian multinational organizations.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and senior stakeholders.
- 6+ years of people management experience, leading teams of 10-15+ finance professionals.
- Educational Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (preferred: IIMs / ISB / FMS).
