Bottom line
This is a high-level technical leadership role, not simply a senior developer position. They want someone who can architect cloud/backend/identity infrastructure while managing and mentoring an engineering organization.
The biggest technical focus areas are:
CIAM + AWS + backend/microservices + Kubernetes + security + engineering leadership.
The 10+ years of experience and team-leadership requirement make this a role aimed at an established engineering leader, typically well beyond an entry-level or early-career software engineer.
