About the Role Databricks is seeking a Sr. Manager - BFSI, Field Engineering to lead a team of Solutions Architects serving large and strategic BFSI customers in India. You will build and lead a technical pre-sales capability, position business-value-focused solutions, and coach sales and pre-sales teams to engage effectively across complex sales cycles.
What You'll Do

- Build and lead a technical pre-sales capability to support India's growth
- Position and articulate business-value-focused solutions to customers and prospects
- Coach and develop new sales and pre-sales team members to collaborate across sales cycles
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in large corporations
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading field engineering teams and solutions architects in BFSI or financial services
- Strong background in Data & AI and pre-sales
- Ability to articulate business value and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Track record of coaching and developing sales and pre-sales teams
- Experience supporting multiple stages of complex sales cycles
