ACCOUNTABILITY
Lead the APAC growth strategy for the TempRite business, driving profitable and sustainable growth through commercial excellence, business model transformation, and strategic market expansion. Own the APAC TempRite P&L and overall business performance, with accountability for enhancing sales effectiveness, building a robust growth pipeline, identifying new growth opportunities, and partnering closely with customers and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver financial results.

- Own the APAC TempRite P&L and drive sustainable, profitable growth through strong business management and financial discipline.
- Stabilize current operations by reviewing performance metrics, management systems, commercial execution, cash flow, and key business challenges.
