Job title: Sr. Maintenance Engineer
About the Role Sr. Maintenance Engineer will work with a team to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on utilities and equipment, continuously improve maintenance plans, and implement improvement projects to maximize equipment reliability and production continuity under safety and quality guarantees. What You'll Do
- Take responsibilities for the maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrading, and improvement of the automation system including PCS, EMS, BMS, OEE etc.
- Support the installation, calibration, qualification, optimization, and troubleshooting of automation systems such as production equipment and facilities by participating in project teams or serving as project leader.
- Support the maintenance or improvement activity for other equipment/system including power distribution, HVAC, chiller, air compressor, water treatment, powder transfer, compounding, autoclave, filling line and packaging line etc. to ensure them running smoothly and continuously.
- Participate in site life cycle management projects, including MES, EBR, Historian, AI analysis etc.
- Collaborate with safety, quality, and manufacturing teams to perform equipment importance level assessments.
- Conduct or participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis and Failure Mode Effect Analysis.
- Participate and provide support for audits.
- Responsible for developing people, training, and technical skills to maximize operational equipment uptime, implement new technologies and applying best practice in maintenance methods and systems.
What We're Looking For
- Full-time university diploma and major in electrical or mechanical is preferred.
- Good writing and oral English skills.
- Good communication skills and basic leadership capability.
- More than 10 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry, preferably in sterile or aseptic fill and packaging lines.
