About the Role Sr. Logistics Specialist - Inventory Management will monitor and optimize inventory across ECS plants in Arad, ensuring accurate stock in SAP and standardized processes. You will analyze material flows, support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, and coordinate stock-taking and E&O management to improve KPIs. What You'll Do
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels across ECS plants (RM, SFG, FG, packaging, merchandise)
- Ensure high stock accuracy in SAP and standardized inventory processes across all locations
- Analyze material flows and identify risks or opportunities for inventory optimization
- Support plant logistics teams with root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions
- Coordinate annual stock-taking activities in all ECS locations
- Manage and standardize Excess & Obsolete (E&O) processes and reporting
