About the Role A high-impact HR partner role that partners with leaders across DHL Supply Chain to provide strategic counsel on people-related issues and drive a positive workplace culture. This role involves advising business leaders, supporting site climate initiatives, conducting investigations, and ensuring HR policy compliance nationwide. A strong collaborator who champions integrity, trust and customer focus in all HR activities.
What You'll Do
- Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on matters that may impact people within the organization
- Serve as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates
- Drive initiatives in support of site climate and culture
- Manage and conduct internal investigations as needed
- Ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and laws related to HR activities
- Ensure administration of audit activities for compliance within HR policies and procedures
- Ensure management is trained in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and sexual harassment
- Provide feedback and coaching to managers, actively listen and ask clarifying questions
What We're Looking For
- Proven HR experience advising leaders and handling employee relations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong investigative, coaching, and advisory skills; ability to handle complex situations with integrity
- Knowledge of interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and sexual harassment policies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities
- Commitment to regulatory compliance and process improvement
- Experience supporting multiple sites such as distribution centers and regional offices
Nice to Have
- Experience within the supply chain or distribution center setting is a plus
- Knowledge of HR laws and policies across multiple states
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 - $115,000 USD annually (California range: $70,304 - $115,000; Washington range: $80,169 - $115,000)
