Sr HR Operation Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to provide hands-on support across core HR operations in Bellevue, Washington. This Long-term Contract position focuses on delivering consistent employee lifecycle support, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring day-to-day processes run efficiently in a dynamic high-tech engineering environment. The role works closely with HR leaders and cross-functional partners to address employee needs, uphold policy compliance, and strengthen operational effectiveness through continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities

Oversee key HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding coordination, employee record updates, and day-to-day support for workforce changes.

Collaborate with HR leadership and business partners to ensure HR programs and administrative processes are executed accurately and on schedule.

Maintain data quality within Oracle HCM and related systems by reviewing records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting reliable reporting.

Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and standard employment-related matters with professionalism and timeliness.

Monitor HR processes for compliance with company standards and applicable employment requirements, escalating issues when necessary.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and strengthen consistency across HR operations.

Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives, documentation updates, and process changes affecting HR administration.

Prepare and maintain HR documentation, trackers, and reports to support audits, leadership requests, and ongoing operational needs.

Prior experience in HR operations or an HR specialist role supporting multiple stages of the employee lifecycle.

Practical knowledge of onboarding processes and day-to-day employee support activities.

Hands-on experience working with Oracle HCM for HR data maintenance, tracking, or reporting.

Solid understanding of HR policy administration and the ability to apply guidelines consistently.

Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accurate employee information and documentation.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
