Job title: Sr. HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition

Senior HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to support and grow our workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role will spend roughly 50% of time leading full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support) while contributing to broader HR generalist and administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume recruiting, partners with hiring managers, and is ready to grow into expanded HR responsibilities as the organization scales.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, from requisition intake through onboarding. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies. Source candidates using job boards, ATS platforms, social media, networking tools, and referrals. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate feedback and next steps. Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and facilitate communication.

Experience as a Sr. HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to lead full-cycle recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions (about 50% of time). Strong partnering skills with hiring managers and ability to develop tailored recruiting strategies. Proficiency in sourcing candidates via job boards, ATS platforms, social media, networking, and referrals. Experience conducting initial phone screenings and coordinating interview processes and onboarding. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
