Job title: Sr. HR Generalist
About the Role Experienced Sr. HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to support and grow our workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will dedicate about half to full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers) while also contributing to broader HR Generalist and administrative functions. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume recruiting and partners with hiring managers, with opportunities to grow into expanded HR responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting approximately 50% of the time, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver quality hires in a manufacturing environment
- Contribute to broader HR Generalist duties and administrative tasks (onboarding, HRIS updates, employee relations, policy administration)
- Manage high-volume recruiting, pipeline development, and candidate experience initiatives
