Job title: Sr. HR Generalist
We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to support and grow our workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will spend approximately 50% of the time leading to full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support, while also contributing to broader HR Generalist and administrative functions. This position offers the opportunity to partner with hiring managers and grow into expanded HR responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles, spending about 50% of your time on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, forecast hiring, and manage a high-volume recruiting process in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to broader HR generalist duties and administrative tasks as part of a collaborative HR team.
