About the Role The Sr. IT Functional Analyst leads solution design, configuration, data analysis, and testing to optimize New Balance's Procure to Pay processes. You will collaborate with the Digital Product team and software partners to design techno-functional solutions, participate in requirement/design sessions, and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs. What You'll Do
- Own and deliver features across the full software lifecycle, including design, configuration, implementation, data integration, analytics, and issue tracking.
- Translate feature requirements into clear design specifications; work cross-discipline to shape owned features.
- Configure-first, code-second approach; collaborate with Digital Product team to configure solutions and prepare test plans.
- Track progress and resolve issues using Azure DevOps; coordinate with IT, business stakeholders, and product owners for planning and execution.
- Participate in process and business requirements sessions; stay aware of analytics tools like Power BI, Snowflake, Spotfire. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; experience with Purchase Order Management preferred.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
- Solid functional UI/UX design sense; strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker; excellent communication and collaboration; able to explain complex topics clearly.
- Experience in Agile; ability to prioritize multiple tasks; able to generate clarity in ambiguous situations; takes ownership with minimal supervision. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Power BI, Snowflake, Spotfire (or similar analytics tools). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 104,500 - 155,500 per year.
