About the Role The Sr. FP&A Analyst is responsible for financial planning, analysis, and cost controlling activities for global manufacturing organizations (US, Austria, PRC).This position reports to the Finance Director, Global Operation and is part of the Global Operations Finance team located in Shanghai and will be an on-site role. What You'll Do
- Perform monthly cost variance analysis including PPV, work order variance, and labor/absorption efficiency for 3 manufacturing sites
- Monitor inventory movements and cost trends, and provide insights on inventory MOM outlook and forecast vs. actual
- Consolidate monthly manufacturing OVH forecast and annual budget for global manufacturing sites, provide overview
- Partner with US, Austria, and PRC Finance and Operations teams on product costing, inventory management, and E&O provisions
