About the Role We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who will partner with customers to design, build, and productionize data and AI solutions on the Databricks platform. You will own architecture, drive design decisions, and deliver end-to-end systems spanning data engineering, AI, and application development to unlock value for clients.

- Collaborate with customers to understand data and AI challenges and translate them into scalable Databricks-based solutions.
- Own architecture, lead design decisions, and implement end-to-end data engineering, AI, and application development solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and developer relations to shape long-term strategic priorities.
- Deliver with customer empathy, integrating with client systems, providing training, and meeting technical needs to help customers maximize value.
- Productionize solutions and ensure operational readiness.
