About the Role As a Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) you will work with customers to build and productionize data and AI solutions using the Databricks platform. You will own the architecture, lead design decisions, and implement end-to-end systems spanning data engineering, AI, and application development. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and developer relations to shape long-term strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Partner with customers to translate data and AI challenges into production-ready Databricks solutions, from design through deployment.
- Own architecture and key design decisions; implement end-to-end systems spanning data engineering, machine learning, and application development.
- Lead cross-functional work with engineering, product, and developer relations to shape long-term strategic priorities.
- Deploy and productionize data pipelines, AI models, and applications on the Databricks platform while driving adoption and measurable impact.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering customer-facing data and AI projects using Databricks or similar platforms.
- Strong architectural thinking and ability to own design decisions and end-to-end delivery.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with engineering, product, and developer relations.
- Experience across data engineering, AI, and application development with the ability to operate across domains.
- Healthcare & Life Sciences domain knowledge is a plus.
