About this role

About the Role The Sr. Financial Pricing Analyst will develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for pricing, planning, and control. The role partners with business development and project management on quotes and government proposals and performs economic analyses to support forecasts and decision-making. What You'll Do

  • Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control.
  • Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
  • Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
  • Performs economic research on rates of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and the impact of governmental requirements.
  • Partners with business development and project management teams for quotes and pricing estimates for new and outgoing government proposals.
  • Supports EAC and POC estimates analysis and forecasting on active working programs for both the DoD and DoE; develops plans including budgets and forecasts.
  • Provides in-depth financial analysis, interpreting results and making recommendations to management.
  • Supports the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice.
  • Resolves and ensures financial compliance with regulatory agencies; may conduct principal audits and support internal, external and government audit requirements.
  • Prepares and analyzes month-end financial reports; reviews for accuracy or omissions, reporting findings to management and alerting management to significant variances to plan and forecast.
  • Performs ad-hoc reporting and studies as required, including cost volumes for proposals. What We're Looking For
  • US citizenship due to DoD requirements; able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearances.
  • BA in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices relevant to financial analysis.
  • Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR processes.
  • Ability to identify financial issues, develop solutions, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of accuracy in data analysis and financial reporting. Nice to Have
  • DoD audit experience or experience supporting internal, external, and government audits. Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $86,100 – $115,000 per year.
