Sr. Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a multi-entity manufacturing company in Greensboro, NC. This on-site role will support consolidated financial reporting, management reporting, variance analysis, and presentation preparation for leadership. The position will also partner with the broader FP&A team across commercial finance, SG&A, and supply chain to provide ad hoc analysis, data gathering, and reporting support.

Responsibilities

• Support consolidated financial results across multiple entities.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Perform budget-to-actual, forecast, and prior-period variance analysis.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and data gathering for commercial, SG&A, and supply chain finance.
• Partner cross-functionally to support planning and business decisions.
• Use ERP systems and BI tools to analyze data and improve reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience.

• Experience in manufacturing and/or multi-entity environments preferred.

• Strong skills in reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

• Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.

• Advanced Excel skills and strong presentation abilities.

• Process improvement mindset and strong business partnering skills.
