What You'll Do
- Lead and manage field technical programs for public sector customers deploying the Databricks platform.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver deployments and enable data-driven decision making.
- Drive program scope, timelines, and success metrics while maintaining a focus on customer outcomes.
- Represent customers' needs to product and engineering teams to inform roadmaps for forward-deployed engineering efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in field technical program management, ideally in public sector or forward-deployed engineering contexts.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to interface with customers and internal teams.
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms and data science workflows (in the Databricks context).
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with Databricks platform or public sector deployment programs.
- Experience with government procurement processes or security/compliance requirements.
