Role Overview

This organization is seeking a Senior Microsoft Fabric Developer to deliver high-quality analytics solutions across the full data stack. The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and Lakehouse solutions utilizing a Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medallion Architecture. This position requires hands-on expertise in integrating data engineering and business intelligence capabilities into scalable, production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and Lakehouse solutions.

• Apply Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medallion Architecture principles to structure and curate organizational data.

• Develop complex data transformations and create curated data products for business consumption.

• Build and optimize robust semantic models to support enterprise reporting requirements.

• Design and deploy interactive, high-performing Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions.

• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the Fabric data infrastructure.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field is required.

• Experience: Extensive experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and business intelligence development is required. Proven experience delivering production-ready solutions on the Microsoft Fabric platform is essential.

• Technical

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and semantic modeling is required. Hands-on expertise with Medallion Architecture, Lakehouse design, data pipeline orchestration, and SQL or Python for data transformation is essential.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications related to Azure Data Engineering, Power BI, or Fabric Analytics.

• Experience working within the healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research industries.
