PRIMARY PURPOSE: Take-charge high-performance cable quality improvement. Take charge customer quality improvement, involve process issue resolve. Create and maintain quality documents associated with assigned products/ processes, improve process quality performance and give technical support to QC inspectors. Prepare for customer process audit.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer quality issue as leader inside Molex DG and work as contact window with customer or other Molex entity.
- Create and maintain quality documents associated with assigned products/ processes.
- Drive to improve the process yield and reduce CoPQ.
- Support quality supervisor for quality system maintenance, including involve process audit and finding action taken and follow up.
- Customer audit preparation and findings follow up.
