Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in automotive component production.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve process-related issues and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure process feasibility and alignment with product specifications.
• Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to monitor and enhance process performance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and reduce waste.
• Support the introduction of new products by developing robust process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
• Manage process validation and qualification activities to comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize advanced process simulation and modeling tools to predict and mitigate potential manufacturing challenges.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to ensure process consistency and quality standards are met.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
