About the Role We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Senior Director, Oracle EPM Cloud to lead our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) architecture and development efforts. This role serves as the primary technical authority for our EPM Cloud ecosystem, bridging the gap between financial strategy and technical execution. As a player-coach, you will create complex solutions and automate advanced EPM workflows to enable scalable financial planning and reporting. What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end architecture, design, and development for Oracle Cloud EPM modules including PBCS, ARCS, EPCM, Freeform, and TRCS.
- Lead implementation of complex technical architectures ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability across the EPM suite.
- Drive hands-on build-out of advanced Calculation Manager rules, Groovy scripting, complex business logic, and automation using EPM Automate and REST APIs.
- Engineer data integration pipelines using Data Management / Data Integration and oversee orchestration and scheduling across environments.
- Partner with Finance to translate business requirements into automated and scalable EPM workflows. What We're Looking For
- Highly technical, hands-on leader with experience in Oracle Cloud EPM (PBCS, ARCS, EPCM, Freeform, TRCS).
- Strong expertise in Calculation Manager, Groovy scripting, EPM Automate, and REST APIs.
- Proven ability to design and build data integration pipelines and manage orchestration across environments.
- Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into automated, scalable EPM workflows and to act as the technical authority for EPM solutions.
- Collaborative partner with Finance teams, with excellent communication and leadership skills. Nice to Have
- Experience leading cross-functional EPM initiatives in large enterprises.
