About the Role

Tinder is seeking a Senior Director of Social Media to lead and evolve Tinder’s social and integrated marketing strategy across the EMEA region. Based in Dublin, you’ll sit at the center of paid, owned, and earned media, reporting to the VP of Marketing, EMEA, and work with country heads across the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy in a highly collaborative, high-impact, matrix environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and define Tinder’s editorial, creative, and influencer strategy across EMEA, balancing regional consistency with local cultural nuance.

• Drive owned and earned media, shaping how Tinder shows up organically across platforms and markets.

• Break down silos and scale best practices across markets to improve efficiency and impact.

• Act as the primary regional point of contact for key platform partners on editorial and content strategy.

• Ensure campaigns are 'social by design' and embedded within a comprehensive influencer and talent strategy across music, fashion, sports, and entertainment.

• Unlock cross-market opportunities by scaling successful initiatives across territories.

• Position social media at the intersection of Marketing and Communications to drive cultural relevance with Gen Z.

• Provide strategic leadership within a matrix organization and guide regional Marketing and Integrated Marcomms teams; lead innovation across social formats and product-led initiatives.

• Drive growth in social channels: scale, engagement, sentiment, and word-of-mouth to support top-of-funnel member acquisition.

• What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of senior-level experience within an EMEA scope for a global brand, ideally in D2C or tech, with a strong track record in social media innovation and integrated marketing communications.

• Proven ability to translate creative vision and business objectives into impactful strategies with scalable best practices.

• Experience in agency environments and/or major global media platforms is a plus.

• Strategic and creative thinker who can connect big-picture vision with executional excellence; inspiring leader and collaborative team player.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; ability to craft clear, compelling narratives and engage with senior executives.

• Fluent in English; additional European languages a strong plus.

• Nice to Have
