The Role
JD Power is seeking a senior technology leader to serve as Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, responsible for leading the team that supports the transformation of the company’s enterprise business applications. At the top of that portfolio is Salesforce – the backbone of how JD Power sells, quotes, bills, and serves customers – alongside NetSuite, Coupa, and the broader suite of SaaS platforms that run Finance, Sales, HR, and Operations.
