Sr. DHS Onsite Support Specialist

About the Role The Sr. DHS Onsite Support Specialist will support Getinge’s Digital Health Solutions (DHS) portfolio onsite for a singular customer. The role is trained to support the Tegris OR Integration system while collaborating daily with Operating Room staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence. What You'll Do

• Provide excellent Tegris onsite support with prompt, professional, and courteous maintenance to meet guaranteed response times.
• Own Tegris Level 1 and 2 support cases and perform advanced Tegris problem solving.
• Escalate Tegris Level 3 support cases to Engineering and coordinate ongoing end-user training as requested.
• Ensure adherence to company quality system processes, protocols, and SOPs; maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain personal competence through effective use of product information and training materials; participate in training seminars and on-the-job training programs.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of concepts from training and apply them to daily work; represent the company at regional and national trade shows when required.
• Comply with all company policies and perform other related responsibilities; support other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
• B.S. in Information Systems or Information Technology/Computer-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years’ experience in healthcare IT, OR technologies, or Sterile Processing technologies.
• Demonstrated success in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Strong ability to solve complex problems; understanding of client/server technologies, networking, and IT security topics.
• Strong attention to detail; highly organized; excellent teamwork and collaboration.
• Motivated and able to work without direct supervision; able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong working knowledge of client-server technology, networking, and related IT concepts. Nice to Have
