About the Role As a Databricks Developer Advocate on the Neon DevRel team, you’ll serve as a key link between our engineering teams and the growing community of application and agent developers building on Postgres and Neon. You’ll use your technical expertise to help maintain and extend our SDKs, educate and inspire our users, and shape the future of Agent and Developer Experience for Neon.
What You'll Do
- Host and speak at developer events to grow the Neon community and share best practices.
- Collaborate with Neon engineering to maintain and extend our SDKs and developer tooling.
- Educate users through tutorials, samples, docs, and demos to improve developer experience and adoption.
- Gather feedback from developers and relay insights to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for developer advocacy and community building.
- Experience hosting and speaking at developer events and meetups.
- Strong technical background in application development and developer experience.
- Familiarity with Postgres and Neon, and experience with SDKs and developer tooling.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
