About the Role Databricks seeks a Sr. Delivery Partner Manager for Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) to accelerate and de-risk customer outcomes by enabling and delivering Databricks platform technology through strong partner collaborations. This role oversees the Databricks Delivery Partner Program and partnerships with Global and Regional System Integrators to co-deliver services engagements for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Build and develop FDE relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and regional Partner teams to support bi-directional pipeline reviews and engagements (subcontracting and advisory).
• Create and drive a formal RFP process for partner selection on large, complex, multi-year/multi-phase migration deals.
• Develop templates and scorecards to enable a data-driven partner selection process.
• Incubate and ramp new partners with Gen AI capabilities.
• Drive MBRs and QBRs with priority partners and develop long-term roadmaps for partner-delivered services.
• Build scoring and feedback loops to segment partners by focus areas, regions, and company priorities.
• Establish delivery governance to ensure partner quality and delivery on services-led and partner-supported implementations.
• Support global programs to measure partner quality (CSAT, partner surveys, governance).
• Lead programs aligned with the FDE & Partner strategy for Assurance and advisory services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional channel teams to enable GSIs/RSIs/SIs on Assurance services, and support bi-weekly reviews and deal governance.
• Support Partner IP efforts, such as creating service delivery kits to scale the ecosystem.
• Liaise with Delivery Partner organizations to ensure personnel have required training and certifications to deliver Databricks projects following best practices.
• Champion and provide thought leadership for specialization programs.
• Implement and lead programs to achieve requirements and exceed delivery quality.
• Build and maintain an onboarding process for partner resources ensuring effective utilization and quality of services across Databricks customer delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing partner ecosystems and delivery partnerships, including Global and Regional System Integrators.
• Proven ability to run RFP processes, partner selection, and data-driven decision making using templates and scorecards.
• Experience incubating and ramping new partners with Gen AI capabilities.
• Track record of leading executive reviews (MBRs, QBRs) and developing long-term partner delivery roadmaps.
• Strong governance, quality assurance, and measurement skills (CSAT, surveys, program governance).
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional channel teams and enable partners on Assurance services.
• Excellent communication, program management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to drive training, certification, and partner enablement initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Gen AI capabilities and related partner programs.
• Familiarity with creating service delivery kits and other IP assets to scale the ecosystem.
• Background in Assurance and advisory services and thought leadership for specialization programs.
