Help build the core of a Databricks service that turns the reimbursement logic in healthcare contracts, amendments, and fee schedules into data that is computable, versioned, and auditable.

What You’ll Do

• Design a canonical contract data model aligned with an established domain structure

• Model reimbursement elements such as payment rules, incentives, limits, and timely filing to capture a contract’s full effect at any point in time

• Implement as-of-date resolution and traceability back to source contract clauses

• Design and optimize Delta Lake tables for performance, versioning, and auditability

• Apply Unity Catalog governance across data assets

• Build incremental pipelines and manage schema evolution as contract structures change

• Orchestrate pipelines and set up CI/CD for deployments

• What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on Databricks experience in production

• Strong Python and SQL

• Experience with Delta Lake and Unity Catalog

• Experience with Databricks Asset Bundles and Azure DevOps

• Solid data modeling skills, ideally with versioned or time-aware models

• Nice to have: healthcare or insurance experience, especially with provider contracts or reimbursement
