Job title: Sr. Customer Support Engineer (Spanish Speaker)
About the Role Logitech is seeking a Spanish native Customer Support Engineer in the Cork region to support Logitech’s paid video conferencing services. You will troubleshoot and resolve technically complex issues, communicating with customers by phone, email, or video and ensuring enterprise meeting rooms stay running. You’ll work with IT decision-makers to optimize conference spaces and may assist with non-VC enterprise software when needed.
What You'll Do
- Resolve technically complex support issues reported by customers or team members; provide clear, concise, and timely communication and proactive follow-up.
- Own the technical relationship with customers and manage expectations.
- Collaborate with product engineers to address bugs, compatibility, and issues not solvable by standard troubleshooting.
- Provide feedback on trends and new issues; contribute to knowledge base and training materials.
- Provide occasional non-escalated phone and email support to meet service levels.
- Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with Logitech commitments.
- Be compassionate, respectful, and honest in all interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Expert knowledge of video conferencing and AV products; advanced Windows and Mac OS knowledge.
- Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet; strong networking and OS skills.
- Familiarity with Android devices and iOS devices (desirable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot new technologies; work with engineers on complex issues.
- Experience with MS 365, Exchange, Azure AD, and SSO.
- Professional level English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Minimum 3 years in technical support with at least 2 years VC troubleshooting; minimum 2 years of remote technical support; 1 year in high-touch enterprise support (preferable).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronic and Communications Engineering or equivalent; professional certifications are a plus.
