Job Description

Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about business processes in the tax and accounting area? If so, we are looking for you. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with financial and accounting systems. You will be responsible for managing client requirements, analyzing business processes, and proposing innovative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships by developing and maintaining solid, ongoing connections through proactive inquiries aimed at retention and account renewals.

  • Provide guidance and training to new clients on products and services, as well as support via the website or product to respond to questions and resolve issues.

  • Offer continuous support by handling requests received by phone, answering questions, and managing requirements related to specialized product lines (investigating and resolving standard cases).

  • Negotiate actively with clients and coordinate with other key areas.

  • Resolve incidents by addressing failed orders and applying the escalation procedure in case of system issues.

  • Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service.

  • Mandatory: Proficiency with ERP Onvio or Bejerman.

  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts.

  • Interest and demonstrated ability to train others.

  • Ability to deliver module presentations to clients in person.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to automation technologies or process improvement initiatives in financial operations.
