Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal tools and automation frameworks that streamline customer onboarding, solution delivery, and operational workflows.
- Build and integrate AI-powered solutions and LLM-based workflows to enhance delivery processes, improve diagnostics, and accelerate resolution of customer issues.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve tooling across the delivery lifecycle.
- Lead and/or contribute to the implementation of enterprise security and delivery solutions for F5 customers.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers on web security and related technologies.
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical integrations, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and go-live support.
