Sr Consultant

Deloitte’s Sr Consultant in Emerging ERP Solutions focuses on cloud-based ERP applications, including Workday, Infor, and Microsoft Dynamics, to transform finance and supply-chain processes and deliver lasting results for clients. The work involves partnering with CFOs, CIOs, and business leaders across industries to provide business transformation and ongoing support, with opportunities to work on Workday Financials, Supply Chain Management, Infor Solutions, Microsoft Dynamics, and Sustainability Technology and Strategy. This role supports market-leading Workday SCM projects for diverse clients and locations across the United States, with recruiting for this role ending on 9/30/2026.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams, identify and document business requirements, and provide functional design and prototyping (including scenario design and flow mapping).
• Conduct testing, user training, and define support procedures.
• Coordinate schedules, create documentation and collateral, and develop and execute test/use cases.
• Configure Workday software and assist with prioritization and sequencing of the workstream’s efforts.
• Support project leadership as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in Workday SCM/ERP finance domain.
• 2+ years of experience leading SCM workstreams and project teams.
• Workday SCM Professional certification or ability to obtain upon joining.
• Minimum of 1 full life cycle Workday SCM implementation.
• Knowledge in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and/or Order-to-Cash (OTC).
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Preferred: an advanced degree in the area of specialization, functional knowledge of SCM systems and processes, experience defining systems strategy and requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines; ability to work independently and manage small engagements or parts of large engagements; experience as a lead and mentor to junior staff; presentation skills with MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
