What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into data and analytics solutions.

• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly documented, prioritized, and communicated throughout project execution.

• Analyze, structure, and validate data requirements to support solution design and decision-making.

• Translate complex analytical and technical concepts into clear business recommendations and actionable insights for non-technical audience

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models that directly address client business problems and drive actionable insights.

• Leverage analytic techniques to use data to inform and guide client and ZS team decision-making.

• Design custom analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel to investigate and inform client needs.

• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations.

• Develop client relationships and serve as a reliable point of contact on project deliverables and day-to-day interactions.

• Provide client and ZS teams project status updates.

• Create project deliverables and support implementation of solutions to ensure impact.

• Advance problem-solving skills and contribute to improving ZS’s capabilities.

• Guide and mentor Associates on teams.
